PLEASE READ THE TOS AND DISCLAIMER BEFORE SIGNING THE DIGITAL CONTRACT.
-I am 17 years old and a minor. By commissioning me you are accepting my age and my boundaries during all interactions.-Commissions are for your personal use only unless I ask to share your art with my socials to continue to grow my business. Any redistribution, resale or reproduction of my artwork without permission is prohibited.
-I reserve the right to decline any art commission for any reason.-time can vary depending on how many commissions I am receiving and other factors.- Please be aware that detailed commissions may take longer to complete. As a solo artist, my workload varies, so I appreciate your patience. A tracking link will be provided so you can monitor the status of your commission. Should I encounter personal circumstances that prevent me from completing your work, I will issue a full refund.-by commissioning and signing the contract you agree to this disclaimer
TERMS OF SERVICEBy commissioning me, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service.- When you commission me, please understand that I reserve the right to decline projects. My priority is to deliver high-quality artwork, and if your request falls outside my expertise, I will respectfully decline.-To ensure a smooth collaboration, I include a sketch phase where you can assess the direction of the artwork. If I feel your request exceeds my current skills, or if I've only tackled something similar once, I’ll communicate that. At that stage, if you decide not to proceed with the commission, I completely respect your choice.- Keep in mind that if you are unsatisfied with your commission, a full refund is not an option. I put significant effort into your artwork. However, if you need minor adjustments, such as changes to a piece of jewelry, I’m happy to discuss those. Please note that more than three changes in either the sketch or the finished product will include additional costs.- The artwork you commission will not be posted on my social media without your explicit permission. I will reach out to ask beforehand, and if you agree, I will tag your social media to acknowledge your commission. If you prefer that your commission remain private, just let me know.-You are prohibited from stealing my artwork in any form, including NFTs, or claiming it as your own. If you use my art as a profile picture or for business purposes, please ensure to credit me as the artist. This recognition helps promote my work.- If you intend to use my artwork for business promotion, you must inform me in advance. Depending on the scale of your business, the commission price will reflect that. Please read the tos and disclaimer first-Prices are in USD and are paid only by CashApp at this time.
Cashapp and waitlist in my TOS-HALF MUST BE PAYED UPFRONT!! After that, I will get to work on the sketch the color vision board, and I will send it to you to see if there’s anything that you would like changed or altered before proceeding with the art.-Max I will be working on your piece can vary depending on how much commissions I have and how much detail it will take to make your commission. That being said it can take from 2 days to 2 weeks. Where I am on your commission can be shown at the bottom of the page with a like to the waiting list.-I will not be rushing the art unless you pay the 30-dollar rush fee (price can vary depending on what ur asking for) and even then, as I don’t want to mess up the commission, I would still need 24 to 72 hours maximum to complete it.
